Rock Band 4 adds two «magical and ethereal» songs to its repertoire
Rock Band 4 continues to offer a wide variety of songs in its library, and now it’s time to introduce even more diversity to the already extensive collection. In line with their tradition of supporting emerging and lesser-known artists, Harmonix has decided to include the music of Dreamgirl and The Lighthouse and the Whaler. Additionally, they are also adding classic songs from renowned bands like The Rembrandts and The Wolves.

Dreamgirl, a band hailing from Kansas, United States, has been active for a few years and is known for their experimental mix of musical genres. On the other hand, The Lighthouse and the Whaler, formed in 2008, offer a unique blend of traditional classic rock and folk. Both bands bring something special to the table and are worthy additions to Rock Band 4’s repertoire.
Expanding the Experimental and Progressive Rock Collection
Rock Band has always been known for its inclusion of experimental and progressive rock songs, with a focus on bands like Rush, Dream Theater, and Yes. With the addition of these two new songs, the game now offers even more of this genre. It’s worth noting that finding experimental or progressive songs in Rock Band 4 or its previous installments is quite rare, with the library currently boasting over 3,500 available songs.
